Inauguration of La Bruyère, in Versailles

On Thursday, 2 October 2025, we inaugurated Domaine La Bruyère, in the presence of Pierre Bédier, President of the Yvelines Departmental Council, François de Mazières, Mayor of Versailles, and François Bertrand, President of Emerige Résidentiel. This residential project comprising 137 homes is located in the heart of a preserved landscaped park in Versailles, directly connected to Greater Paris thanks to its proximity to the new Versailles-Chantiers station.

Historically intended to house a boarding school, Domaine La Bruyère represents a unique architectural, heritage and natural asset. The new master plan was designed with Agence Chartier Dalix Architectes and anticipates new ways of living.

Agence Franklin Azzi designed four new buildings and renovated five existing buildings. The meticulous work on the architectural volumes, designed with recesses, has created openings that offer direct views of the landscaping project. The renovations, meanwhile, have breathed new life and uses into the existing buildings.

We would like to thank Agence Chartier Dalix Architectes, STUDIO M, Emerige and the City of Versailles for their collaboration and trust throughout this project.
