Franklin Azzi signs the transformation of the former headquarters of the Paris Gas Company, the Condorcet site, in the heart of Paris
Franklin Azzi is working alongside SFL to unveil a new mixed-use redevelopment project located in the heart of Paris’s 9th arrondissement. Spanning 23,000 m², the development brings together four office buildings and three residential buildings, offering a renewed vision of hospitality and contemporary uses.
The former headquarters of the Parisian Gas Lighting and Heating Company, dating back to the second half of the 19th century, will preserve its historical character. The intervention will reveal contemporary architectural expressions, where modernity and heritage engage in a harmonious dialogue, highlighting the site’s singular identity.
Designed to welcome, inspire and connect users to the surrounding neighborhood, the Condorcet project establishes itself as a major tertiary hub with high environmental ambitions, delivering a comprehensive experience that is at once architectural, landscape-oriented and service-driven.
Currently under construction, the project is scheduled for completion in 2027.
